What is included in Venue-Management-
- Conception of the venue location incl. master plan
- Compilation of different views with CAD-Planning and 3D-Animation
- Development of plan for all construction projects
- Agreements with all administrative departments and as necessary with local organizers
- Detail planing for TV Positioning, vendor booths, gastronomy etc.
- Creation of plan for infrastructure for transport, service routes, entrances, emergency exits, general traffic, safety corridors, sales categories, separated sectors, loading zones, parking spaces, etc.
- Determining requirements for safety equipment and other materials (barriers, container, encadraine, fire extinguishers, heaters, etc.) as well as office space and production rooms to offer the best possible communication tools for production management (fax, copier, computer / network, etc.)
